Giana is a Client Service Specialist dedicated to creating a welcoming, seamless experience for everyone she serves. Her primary goal is to ensure each new client feels welcome and supported while providing a smooth, personalized onboarding experience from the very beginning.
She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in finance and sales from High Point University and is excited to begin her career in the financial services industry. Originally from Rochester, New York, Giana recently relocated to Charlotte and is passionate about serving others through thoughtful, attentive client care.
Outside the office, Giana enjoys exploring Charlotte’s restaurants, trying new workout classes, and discovering everything her new city has to offer.
